Integrators!! with Kandas Broome, Heather O’Brien and Suzanne Luther – November 2020

Many of you in LB are excellent visionaries, but when it comes to actually getting stuff done, staying focused, many of you could use some help. If you’ve ever read the book Traction, you know the importance of everyone being in the right role (the right seat on the right bus) and having an “Integrator” is the role most of you are missing.

Because of this, I’ve asked two of our very best Integrators within the Leadership Boardroom to co-host our next call.  On the call, we’ll pick their brains on exactly what an integrator does, how that affects the overall business, and even how to find someone like them for your business.

This has been a MUCH NEEDED topic for some time now with most of you, and Kandas Broome, Suzanne Luther and Heather O’Brien are the best I’ve seen in this arena.  Come prepared with a note pad and lots of questions as we’ll leave plenty of Q&A time at the end.

Adam Adams – October 2020

Join us as we interview Adam Adams! He’s a rockstar at getting big crowds of people to attend his events whether virtual or live. He also knows social media marketing inside and out! For example, with podcasting he’s helped a number of people get within the top 1% of iTunes within 6 months! This will be a very informative call on the ins and outs of what he does so don’t miss it!

Compliance in the Marketplace with Amy Jenkins and Deanna Heminger – August 2020

Join Amy Jenkins and Deanna Heminger for a discussion about compliance in the market place.

What is compliance you ask? In any business, there are certain things you can and can’t promise to the consumer. This is ESPECIALLY important in the info/speaking/coaching business, but it’s pertinent to understand this in any market, with any product or service offering. Bottom line is, if you say the wrong thing (verbally, or on your website, order forms, etc…) it can shut down your entire business. Yes, this is very real, and it DOES happen every day.

Deanna knows this first hand. She’s has assisted with one of the largest and first lawsuits that this industry has seen, which resulted in one of the few positive outcomes. She wrote the compliance program for The Rich Dad (Robert Kiyosaki) organization and also contributed to the compliance program for Fortune Builders. When the FTC comes knocking on your door and you don’t know what Deanna and Amy know, you’re asking for trouble.

So I’ve asked these two brilliant ladies to host our call this month, and share with you as much as humanly possible to keep you legal and safe with your customers, and more importantly, with the FTC.

While I realize this isn’t necessarily the sexiest of all topics on earth, it is by far one of the most important that you must know about if you want to stay in business. Be on this call, and come prepared with questions since we’ll leave Q&A time at the end.

Self Mastery – July 2020

What does it mean (and take) to become the master of your craft, the very best of the best at what you do?

This will be an open discussion led by Shaun and Chuck, and will also have a group discussion and breakout session component. So come prepared to learn, share, and hear from others. These skills are what separates the business owners that are out there killing it from the others who desperately attempt to become a master of all things and excel at nothing.

All About Coaching – June 2020

Many of you have incredible coaching programs and it was mentioned during our last retreat how much everyone would benefit by getting together to share what we’re doing in our coaching programs that we love, what we don’t love, structure, pricing, you name it. On this call many of  you contribute to LB as a whole by sharing what it is you’re doing in the following areas:

  • Overview of your program.
  • What’s being offered?
  • What’s your price point?
  • How did you select your customer avatar?
  • What’s working well with your coaching program?
  • What do you kinda/sorta wish was better/easier/different than what you’re currently doing?
  • How do you market to fill your coaching groups?
  • Anything else you can think of that will benefit others during the call?

#2 State of The Market – March 2020

Chuck Bauman II shares what’s going on with employee requirements that have, or are coming into place.

Jason Roberts shares how he manages his finances today, which is completely different than how he used to do it 10 years ago. He now has enough money in the bank to keep his company going for many years, even if he didn’t make another dollar, so I asked him to share how he structures this.

Lori Greymont shares a bit about a huge deal of hers that just got locked down, and how her buildout costs just went from $10 mil down to $8 mil because of the sheer numbers of contractors that are reducing their pricing to get work.

#1 State of the Market – March 2020

FROM SHAUN

I’ve been on the phone with a number of leaders in our industry over the last few days, discussing what’s coming down the pipeline in our industries as well as what can all to to prosper through it.

PI with Mike McCloskey – February 2020

For February I’m bringing in Mike McCloskey to do a couple of things with Predictive Index.

Mike will be providing additional Predictive Index Training. (Wait til you see the new stuff available to us now – both for P.I. membership and for you as an LB member.) We’ll also go over P.I. read backs for some members. (This will be a part of the training so that you see how everything works in the real world with real people you already know.)
