Rather than distributing his time and talents on business opportunities and tasks that take him out of his natural aptitudes, Randy focuses in on those that give him the best results for his time because he’s doing what he loves and what he’s already good at!
In working primarily in his Genius Zone, Randy transitioned from civil engineer to full-time Real Estate Investor in 2008 and has bought and sold over 500 properties in the Chattanooga area. In 2017, he started Chattanooga Funding, LLC, specializing in hard money lending to rehabbers not only in Chattanooga, but expanding to northern Georgia. With the flexibility and efficiency that working in his Genius Zone offers, Randy spent 2 months last summer RVing with his family and seeing all of the sites.
